We aim to offer a seamless experience when returning any unwanted items from your Bra Box. Simply indicate which items you'd like to return/exchange and the reason. We'll arrange a courier pickup on your desired date, and send you a new box with the items you've requested for exchange.

Please note that exchanges will only be sent once we have received the returned items back to our warehouse in original condition. 


At the moment, we're only able to ship to destinations within the U.K., Ireland, and the continental E.U. (excluding Switzerland, the Channel Islands, and Baltic countries). This is because currently, the cost of shipping outside of these territories is prohibitively expensive. We look forward to expanding our list of countries serviced soon.


Your box should be shipped within two weeks of ordering, unless we are experiencing unusual delays due to holiday demand. You can check your Fit Profile at any time to see whether your box has been shipped from our warehouse. After shipment, you should receive the Bra Box within four working days. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us here.


As soon as your ​order is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail (from UPS, DHL, or TNT) with your tracking number. You can track the location of your Bra Box using the link and tracking number provided.


We need to maintain tight control of our inventory in order to continue offering this service. We reserve the right to charge the full retail value of the bras in your Bra Box if:

  • You have not left feedback on the brass within five (5) days of delivery

  • You have not shipped the returned bras back to us within fifteen (15) days of delivery

  • The returned bras are damaged or otherwise unsuitable for re-sale
